Job summary

CI Select is seeking a driven Project Manager––Falkbuilt to lead wall system installations from concept to completion. You will manage on-site teams and coordinate with clients, architects, and factory partners to deliver high-quality projects.

You will define scope, lead value engineering, review contracts, and provide regular progress updates with photos. Travel up to 20% is required, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management.
• 3+ years of account or project management experience in prefabricated wall solutions or 5+ years in construction PM.
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 20% (mostly out of state).
• Competitive compensation with 401(k) employer match and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management for Falkbuilt installation teams.
• Coordinate project activities with schedules for clients, architects, engineers, designers, and the factory.
• Serve as point of contact with weekly/monthly progress reports and photos; anticipate and solve issues.
• Define requirements, scope, and objectives during preconstruction and construction; lead value engineering.
• Review proposals, contracts, time frames, funding margins, and scope of work; manage changes and takeoffs.
