Falcon Aircraft Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Join us as a Falcon Aircraft Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift at West Star Aviation, LLC.

Position Details

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am. Includes a 10%-15% shift premium, paid lunch, 3-day weekends, formal airframe training, and potential transfer to 1st shift after 3 years.

Role Expectations

Perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and system evaluations on civilian aircraft. Daily tasks include:

• Mechanical tasks on aircraft and systems
• Panel and component removal and installation
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues
• De-fueling, engine removal/installation
• Operating ground support equipment
• Aircraft movement and assistance during performance runs
• Maintaining shop facilities and tools
• Using electronic manuals and maintenance databases
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, valid Airframe and Powerplant License required. A valid driver’s license or passport is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Self-motivated team players capable of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and adherence to FAA and safety guidelines are essential.
