Airshare is seeking a Falcon 900B Captain to command a managed aircraft based at MKC in Kansas City. You will lead a professional crew to deliver safe, efficient private aviation for aircraft owners.

Qualified candidates bring 4,000 total flight hours with 500 hours jet SIC, a four-year degree or equivalent, ATP and First Class Medical, and residency within an hour of MKC. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Airshare is recruiting a skilled Falcon 900B Captain to command a managed aircraft based at MKC in Kansas City. You’ll partner with an experienced crew to deliver safe, efficient, and world-class private aviation for aircraft owners—bringing sound judgment, professionalism, and creative problem-solving to a dynamic operation.

• Location: Kansas City, MO (MKC)


• Operator: Airshare


• Aircraft: Dassault Falcon 900B


• Role: Pilot in Command (Managed Aircraft)


• Employment Type: Full-time

• Command safe, efficient Falcon 900B operations for aircraft owners in a complex, dynamic environment.


• Collaborate closely with fellow crew members to deliver a seamless, owner-focused experience.


• Represent Airshare with professionalism on every leg, in the hangar, and on the ramp.


• Apply sound judgment and bring innovative, practical ideas to support growing operational demands.

• Experience: Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 500 hours of jet SIC time.


• Background: Recent corporate flying experience required.


• Education: Four-year degree or equivalent experience.


• Certificates & Medical: ATP (unrestricted or restricted) and current First Class Medical.


• Currency: Meets all instrument flight time and night landing currency requirements; completed an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category.


• Proximity: Resides within one hour of MKC and within one hour of the assigned base.


• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Preferred: Current Falcon 900B type rating.

• Medical, vision, and dental for crew and family, including no-cost HSA medical coverage.
