Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Falcon 2000LXS Captain to join our operation at KSLC.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety, professionalism and a commitment to Solairus' culture of safety, service, and integrity. The Captain will be responsible for safe operation of the Falcon 2000LXS, perform thorough pre-flight inspections, monitor weather and route planning, ensure compliance with FARs, and maintain trip paperwork with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Total flight time minimum 3000 hours.
• PIC time minimum 1500 hours.
• MEL hours 1500 with MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet at least 500 hours.
• Instrument time 250 hours.
• Type rated on Falcon 2000LXS or comparable aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Falcon 2000LXS safely and in accordance with regulations and Solairus policies.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and review maintenance status.
• Assess weather and route details, including alternate airports.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Solairus procedures.
• Maintain accurate trip paperwork and records.
• Ensure safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
