Pilot Assessments in Nashville seeks a Captain to fly the Dassault Falcon 2000 on a private Part 91 operation. You’ll serve as PIC, manage flights, and work with a three-pilot team on a 300-hour annual schedule tied to football travel.

The role emphasizes discreet, guest-first service for the principal and passengers, collaboration with maintenance and vendors, and a predictable seasonal cadence with lighter spring/summer workloads. Relocation to within a couple of hours of BNA is expected.

Qualifications

• Total flight time minimum 2000 hours.
• Falcon 2000 type rating preferred but not required.
• Experience in Part 91 ops and strong CRM skills.
• Schedule heavier during football season; relocation near Nashville area.
• Passion for sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command on Falcon 2000, ensuring safe, smooth operations.
• Plan and execute flights in compliance with Part 91 and SOPs.
• Coordinate with a three-pilot team to balance flying, training, and time off.
• Collaborate with maintenance and vendors to support readiness and records.
• Provide a polished, discreet guest-first experience for the principal and passengers.
• Maintain proficiency to meet dynamic trip requirements.
