Qualifications

Master’s degree in educational leadership is required.
ACSI credentials or ability to obtain are required.
State of Iowa Principal certification or ability to obtain is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively in writing and orally with all stakeholders.
Understand the business functions of the school (budget, facilities, operations).
Uphold board and administrative policies and accreditation standards (ACSI).
Collaborate with Head of School and Business Manager on HR matters including contracts, salaries, and benefits.
Lead faculty through meetings, trainings, and professional development.
Support student formation and character development in a biblically grounded context.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider school community.
