Job summary

Christian Counseling Associates (CCA) seeks compassionate outpatient counselors for our Concord, PA office. Positions include part-time or full-time opportunities with professional growth, meaningful clinical work, and a ministry-focused environment.

Responsibilities include delivering Christian-based counseling, maintaining ethical records, and engaging in supervision and team collaboration within a supportive faith-based group practice.

Qualifications

• LPC/LMSW/LCSW or licensed psychologist licensure preferred or highly preferred.
• Provisional License Program for LAPC or LSW with supervision leading to full licensure within two years (includes supervision benefit).
• Internship opportunities available for Master’s candidates in Counseling or Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, Christian-based outpatient counseling aligned with CCA’s mission and values.
• Maintain ethical standards and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with colleagues within a faith-based group practice.
