Qualifications

• A genuine calling and passion for working with teenage boys in a Christ-centered residential setting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet child safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in assigned ELA/Social Studies or Math/Science courses with biblical integration.
• Maintain lesson plans, grades, and progress reports.
• Create a structured learning environment promoting academic growth and positive relationships.
• Build mentoring relationships with students, balancing compassion with expectations.
• Support students facing motivation or behavioral challenges with individualized guidance.
• Collaborate with dorm parents, counselors, and staff to support each student’s growth.
• Participate in staff devotions, chapel services, and ministry-related activities.
