The role focuses on transforming complex data and analytical outputs into clear communications and reporting for risk management purposes. This position will report to the Senior Fair and Responsible Banking Analytics Manager and supports U.S. Bancorp’s Fair and Responsible Banking Testing Program by promoting and supporting risk management testing and monitoring initiatives covering a wide range of financial products and services leveraged across the Company. This position will support the implementation and maintenance of standards and best practices to evaluate the Company’s potential for fair lending and responsible banking risk, ensuring fairness and preventing unintended harm, including but not limited to the implementation and ongoing use of Company’s models and artificial intelligence solutions. This position will also collaborate with Fair and Responsible Banking stakeholders of various levels within the organization, including Corporate Compliance, Model Risk Management, Audit, Legal, and Business Line personnel, to help ensure effective risk management across the Company.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00.
