Brooks Instrument in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Failure Analysis Technician to perform root-cause analysis on customer returns, manufacturing rejects, and engineering samples. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical assemblies and document findings.
Responsibilities include functional testing, case documentation, and collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to improve product reliability.

Perform failure analysis on Brooks Instrument products to determine the root cause of customer returns, manufacturing issues, and field failures. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical assemblies using laboratory equipment, engineering documentation, and established test methods. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
