• Provide education, mentorship, and guidance to all students atthe Montana campus in a variety of settings, including theclassroom, clinic, laboratory, and simulation center.
• Maintain discipline and teaching expertise through continuingprofessional education.
• Participate in curriculum development, delivery, assessment,and enhancement.
• Provide service to the University and the greater community byserving on committees, providing leadership, participating incommunity outreach events and working with professionalorganizations or groups.
• Maintain regular office hours for participation in studentadvising, tutoring, and consultation.
• Engage in scholarly activity, including research, authorship,presentations at conferences, and mentorship of students in theirscholarly activities.
• Participate in student assessment, feedback, and remediation toensure that students meet MCOM’s high academic standards in theareas of knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
• Participate in the faculty development program, which includesproviding instructional feedback to fellow faculty members andparticipating in faculty development training.
• Help build a culture that respects, values, and promotesdiversity within an atmosphere of access, equity, andinclusion.
• Provide professional and clinical services in ascertainedclinical settings consistent with training and degrees (asappropriate).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SALARY:

$140,182-$185,000+ per year, depending on rank and experience.The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be setbased on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill,knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. Specifically,Faculty salary is determined by these factors as well as FacultyRank which will be determined by the RVU Rank and Promotioncommittee
