Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) seeks a full-time faculty member in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management (CFMM). The role includes teaching market research, consumer behavior, and market insights, with an emphasis on global trends and field studies.

The candidate will lead the Beauty Center at FIT, cultivate industry partnerships, and contribute to graduate curriculum development and executive education, while mentoring students and collaborating with the CFMM Alumni

Formación

• Graduate degree and demonstrated record of graduate or executive teaching and/or corporate learning experience.
• Experience presenting research to senior industry leadership and mentoring others in research preparation and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Teach market research, consumer behavior, and market insights across coursework and field study.
• Lead the Beauty Center at FIT, developing collaborative research and industry partnerships.
• Develop and advance graduate curricula, executive education, and alumni engagement in CFMM.
