Full Sail University is seeking faculty with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Data Science. Topics covered will include Fuzzy Logic, Expert Systems, Neural Networks, Cognitive Sciences, Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Clustering, Regression, Classification, and more. Additional focus will be placed on HCI principles such as user‑centered design, usability testing, interaction design, and accessibility, as well as Data Science topics including data preprocessing, statistical analysis, data visualization, feature engineering, and big data tools. Students will apply these techniques to create knowledge‑based AI agents, machine learning solutions, interactive intelligent systems, and data‑driven applications. Courses emphasize ethical considerations in AI and data handling, integration of AI into user interfaces, and communication of analytical insights to non‑technical audiences. Course directors may be required to teach both on‑campus and online. All positions are full‑time, on‑campus in Winter Park, FL.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years related and verifiable work experience and is required to hold a terminal degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Work is performed in an office and classroom environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active student and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
