KONE is seeking a Factory Team Leader to support the Supervisor in guiding production operators and technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality and on-time delivery of components. You will act as the first interface between workers and the Supervisor and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include studying schedules, assigning duties, training operatives, maintaining records, and optimizing efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Factory Team Leader supports the Supervisor in leading, guiding, and mentoring of team members. He/she is in responsible for leading the production operators and technicians assuring safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of KONE components. He/she acts as the first interface between workers and the Supervisor.

The hiring range for this role is $28.94 – $37.96 hourly. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
