Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Navasota, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead factory-built housing production in our plant. You will supervise crews, coordinate with engineering and QA, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to optimize production schedules and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and optimize production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Examine blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.
• Study production schedules and assign employees to meet schedules.
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommend improvements in methods, equipment, and quality of products.
• Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment to increase efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving problems.
• Initiate plans to motivate workers to achieve goals.
• Calculate time card totals and production records.
• Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
• Set up machines and equipment.
