RTX Corporation offers an onsite internship/co-op in Cedar Rapids, IA, focusing on marketing communication, graphic design support, and campaign development. You will participate in cross-functional projects and gain hands-on experience with branding and advertising tools.

What You Will Do

• You will design, develop and implement communication programs
• You will provide support to Marketing in conceptualizing and designing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns.
• You will conduct research, gather and organize information to inform and support advertising campaigns
• Analyzes preliminary and final proofs; corrects errors, where needed, to ensure consistent design integrity

What You Will Learn

• You will learn how to utilizes a variety of media and communication channels including print, digital / electronic.
• You will learn about the IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) and how it is used to optimize existing manufacturing processes.
• You will learn how to communicate and work with a variety of departments, growing your communication and marketing skills.
• You will learn how new manufacturing support tools are created and deployed.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Lean principles and concepts.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
