Christian Life Center in Dayton, OH seeks a Facility Team II member. This Sub/Non-Exempt/Hourly role supports Facility Team I tasks, grounds activities, and basic maintenance of church facilities and equipment.
You will work with staff and volunteers, oversee small to large events, and ensure safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for worship and community activities through hands-on cleaning, upkeep, and preventative maintenance.

The Facility Team II staff will be responsible for all Facility Team I tasks, grounds activities and non-skilled maintenance of church facilities and equipment.
The Facilities II team member is directly accountable for following all official and functional procedures and policies of Christian Life Center and is expected to engage in cooperative actions and relationships with the staff and congregation. On occasion, you may not agree with the philosophy or procedure used, but loyalty and support of the Lead Pastor and the rest of the staff are essential.
