Formación

• Associate's degree in Facilities Management or related field is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facility systems are operated and maintained safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural issues.
• Review design documents and monitor system performance and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and implement facility projects and improvements.
• Educate junior staff and maintain accurate maintenance records.
