Meta is seeking a Facility Support Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team in Rayville, LA. The role oversees the business functions of the facility operations teams, focusing on vendor and supplier management, budget oversight, and compliance with programs and directives.

You will liaise with partner teams, support business improvements, oversee contracted technicians, and help ensure safe operations and SLA adherence across the campus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and administer the facility operating budget.
• Provide vendor management support including budget execution, routine business reviews, contractor provisioning, financial and invoice management and ensuring work quality meets contractual and operational standards.
• Oversee a contracted technician workforce responsible for facility maintenance and ensuring safe operations within agreed upon SLAs.
• Provide oversight and direction for all duties assigned to contracted technician workforce.
• Provide property management oversight including, but not limited to, the quality delivery of data center campus housekeeping, furniture, landscaping and site maintenance services.
• Act as a liaison to culinary and micro-kitchen teams, including the start-up/establishment of new buildings and new locations.

The Facility Support Lead oversees the business functions of the facility operations teams. The position's main functions are to provide vendor and supplier management, manage the campus facility operations' budget, liaise with partner teams, support business improvement processes and assessments, support compliance programs and implement business directives. This role serves as a campus leader by driving strong team collaboration and operational excellence and by assisting local leadership in monitoring and managing organizational health.
