Job summary

Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) Operations is hiring for a support-position under the 260-day calendar. The role runs 8 hours per day with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, aligned to the district calendar and overtime rules under the FLSA.

Starting pay is $24.32 per hour, with the comprehensive FCPS benefits package described on the district site. This is a non-exempt position within the Operations department, focused on keeping essential services running smoothly across the school
