Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Facility and Security Technology to help protect assets, people and information across the enterprise. The role combines programming, service delivery and system design for access control, video surveillance and building automation.

You will partner with Global Security and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate with IT, review vendor proposals, and provide audits and field support. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years experience in related field
• Strong IT background with security software such as Lenel’s OnGuard and Milestone
• Proven track record in programming and service support
• Knowledge and experience with Lenel and Milestone preferred
• Balance between business needs and security considerations
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Acts as the in-house facility and security systems programming expert
• Serves as the main point of contact for all facility and security technology service issues
• Provide system onboarding and coordinate with vendors for on-site deployments
• Coordinate with IT to ensure standard IT infrastructure and security compliance
• Provide weekly service audit reports and field updates to security managers
• Review service invoices for MSAs and maintain service logs in ServiceNow
