Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to administer and manage security programs supporting facility and personnel clearances. You will advise on policy, training, and inspections, and interface with government agencies on audits and security processes.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or ability to obtain, plus four years of experience in processing clearances. You will supervise security staff, develop SOPs, and coordinate with clients, HR, IT, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Four years of experience processing security clearances.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and experience with DSS.
• Working knowledge of DoD security regs and EO guidance.
• Direct experience managing security staff in an accredited SCIF.
• Excellent computer skills, including JPAS, EQIP and MS Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with facility clearance regulator (DSS) on all clearance aspects.
• Coordinate with internal units on personnel security clearance issues.
• Maintain relationships with customer security offices for processing/maintaining clearances.
• Develop and maintain security SOPs and procedures.
• Conduct semi-annual security self-inspections and audits with DSS.
• Identify, report, and document security incidents per policy.
• Administer foreign travel policy as it relates to security/compliance.
• Provide security training for deployed personnel.
