Job summary

GDIT is hiring an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I to provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility and organization. The position covers day-to-day operations for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities, ensuring security controls and compliance across multiple programs.

The ASR I will assist in reviews, data handling, and badge provisioning while maintaining daily logs and records.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of security operations experience.
• SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain an extensive customer database contact list.
• Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System database and quota management.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow and enforce customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed.
