Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Sanitation Associate to maintain top sanitation standards across our facilities. You will clean warehouses, breakrooms, offices and restrooms, using brooms, vacuums, scrubbers, lifts and other equipment to meet rigorous cleanliness guidelines.

Responsibilities include trash/recycling management, pest-control system checks, inventory of supplies, and completing routine cleaning checklists while adhering to OSHA, MSDS and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may not be temperature controlled.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation levels in the facility, including warehouses, breakrooms, offices, restrooms and grounds.
• Operate cleaning tools such as hand brooms, blowers, vacuums, scrubbers, scissor lifts and boom lifts to meet sanitation standards.
• Empty and maintain trash and recycling containers; ensure pest control systems operate effectively.
• Maintain sanitation supplies and inventory; complete daily to quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, AIB and Food Safety Defense standards and supervisor directives.
