Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help maintain a safe and clean club environment. The role involves working the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and acting as Manager on Duty when required. Flexibility and readiness to meet Life Time’s needs are essential.

You will perform safety checks, oversee routine repairs, and participate in safety trainings to support daily operations and guest satisfaction at our club.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs and be able to move around the club for prolonged periods.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
