Life Time Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly service to members and guests.

You will maintain indoor and outdoor area cleanliness, stock towels and supplies, ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly, and help enforce Life Time’s safety and presentation standards.

The role requires steady work pace, ability to lift modest weights, and positive teamwork to support a harmonious, inclusive fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move about the club for long periods.
• Committed to Life Time standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
