Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club pristine and welcoming. You will ensure the space is clean, stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time’s standards while delivering friendly service to members.

Key duties include cleaning tasks, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about products, services, and policies. This role supports a safe, efficient and guest-focused club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform daily facility cleanliness tasks.
• Candidate should provide friendly member service and respond to inquiries.
• Ability to lift and move supplies as needed within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Monitors locker room supplies and uses items per department budget.
• Responds to member questions about Life Time products, services and policies.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
