Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and deliver excellent customer service within the club setting. You will ensure the space is clean, stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time standards, while assisting members with inquiries.

The role involves routine lifting, standing, and moving around the club, with an hourly wage range from $13.25 to $15.75 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
• Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 20 lbs regularly.

• Manage locker room consumables and cleaning products within department budget.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
