Qualifications

• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
• Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
• Direct Deposit participation required. You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• You are required to wear a uniform and comply with the uniform standards; a uniform allowance is provided.
• A financial disclosure report will be required within 30 days of appointment.
• Probationary period of 1 year may be required; telework/remote work is possible under certain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee park-wide Roads, Trails, Buildings, and Utilities units.
• Provide long-range strategic planning and interdivisional coordination.
• Lead 50+ permanent and career seasonal employees across skilled trades.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop multi-year facility projects with cross-divisional coordination.
• Coordinate with federal highways on complex facilities projects.
• Manage a diverse asset portfolio (79 buildings, 94 miles of trails, 45 housing units, utility systems).
