Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Foreman in Utah to oversee daily department operations and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient performance. You will train staff, assign daily work, monitor outcomes, and manage documentation.

The role requires hands-on facility work and leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has several years of operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain site certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further training preferred.
• 5–7 years of related facility or plant operations experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain site-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for facility departments.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Train and mentor employees; coordinate daily work and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to leadership.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area; operate forklifts when needed.
• Communicate operational, safety, and compliance concerns to leadership.
• Support drum pumping, tank farm activities, truck loading/unloading, wastewater treatment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
