Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You must be adaptable to meet all of Life Time's needs. The role requires performing safety checks, routine maintenance, and repairs, and participating in safety trainings to keep equipment and facilities functioning smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

• Conducts general repairs.
