Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Sacramento is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness at the club. The role works the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and acts as Manager on Duty when needed, requiring adaptability to Life Time's needs.

You will supervise repairs, maintain equipment, and participate in safety trainings and inspections to uphold a safe environment for members and staff. A hands-on, flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift and handle loads over 20 lbs regularly.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed.

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe
• Conducts general repairs
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.75 and pays up to $25.00, based on experience and qualifications.
