Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the cleanliness of the club and deliver excellent customer service. The role ensures a well-presented facility, stocked supplies, and adherence to Life Time standards throughout the shift.

The position emphasizes safe handling of cleaning products, proper locker room maintenance, and responsive guest interactions. It offers hourly pay with benefits for full-time staff and growth opportunities within the club network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work while standing and moving around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
