Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness throughout the club and deliver excellent customer service. The role ensures the club space is clean, well-stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, stocking towels, and managing locker room restocking while adhering to budgeted quantities and policies. This is an hourly position with growth opportunities within a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
