Valicor Environmental Services LLC seeks a Facility Manager to lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cultural transformation at one or more industrial wastewater treatment facilities in the Pittsburgh area. The role will direct daily operations, oversee fleet and personnel, and ensure environmental compliance while partnering with Sales to grow a profitable business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience.
• Experience with industrial wastewater and air permits, RCRA & Haz Waste Classification.
• Budget and forecast management.
• Degree preferred in relative field, but not required.
• Maintenance Management & CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations, equipment and personnel.
• Manage Fleet (Dispatch, Maintenance, Emergencies).
• Training and Performance Management of team members.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Environmental requirements.
• Ensure EH&S and Security standards are met.
• Manage P&L reporting, variance explanations and forecasting.
• Process, track, and approve all AP invoices.
• Lead Supply Chain to improve delivery, cost and quality of purchased goods.
• Support GM with Business Case Development for projects.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide coverage for plant operations as required.
• Work with Sales to grow a profitable business.
