Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC in Spokane, WA seeks a Facility Manager to provide on-site facility management support to assigned GSA Facilities. You will oversee building operations, inspections, and small construction projects while supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining facility performance.

This is a contract opportunity offering exposure to federal infrastructure and the ability to support essential government operations through coordination with COR and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, construction, or property management experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust).
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact supporting tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the COR.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using GSA formats.
• Provide Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) support for repair and alteration projects ranging from below the SAT up to prospectus-level projects.
• Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance with terms
• Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts (e.g., janitorial, mechanical, elevator), and operational services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure service quality
• Support small construction and repair projects from start to closeout
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and government staff
• Track issues and prepare reports for review
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction
