Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the facility. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure everything from lanes to kitchen equipment runs safely and reliably, with downtime kept to a minimum.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership, plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience, and strong budgeting and safety knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the facility. Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
