Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Wallingford, CT, is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and all building systems, ensuring uptime and rapid response to issues.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and uphold safety standards while providing reliable service during nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational

The Role
