Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee all building systems, lanes, kitchens, and attractions, ensuring uptime and guest satisfaction. You will lead maintenance across multiple disciplines, managing vendors and budgets while keeping safety a priority.

This on-site role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on preventative maintenance and rapid problem-solving to keep centers fully operational.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical/technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
