Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned facilities, ensuring safety and seamless performance. You will manage life-safety systems, HVAC, and building services while coordinating with clients, vendors, and onsite teams to deliver compliant, high-quality services.
The role requires a 5–7 year background in facility maintenance or property management, plus CMMS and vendor contract experience.
Facility Manager
As a Facility Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day operations of assigned facilities run seamlessly and safely. This includes overseeing life-safety systems, engineering, site services, and general maintenance — all executed in alignment with C&W Services policies, client expectations, and operational standards. You’ll serve as the operational point of contact between C&W Services, clients, vendors, and onsite teams, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a relentless focus on quality.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
