Responsibilities, but not limited to:

lProcess and follow up with the stores’ facility related requests.

lCorrespond and communicate with vendors’ facility management needs.

lProcess invoices and payments to vendors.

lProcess draft reports for different projects.

lVisit regional stores periodically to check and follow up with store requests.

lSupport opening of new stores.

lHandle schedules of maintenance employees.

Job Qualifications:

lMust be eligible to work in the U.S.

lBilingual in Korean and English preferred

lGood communication skills to negotiate with vendors and speak with store managers

lRelated experience preferred

lMON-FRI, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
