Responsibilities

• Perform facility repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall patching and finishing.
• Handle basic electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and troubleshooting minor wiring issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns during events.
• Respond quickly to urgent or unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime, including supporting event-day repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in backstage, public, and staff areas, including storage rooms.
• Maintain an organized inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies, tracking usage and reordering before stock runs low.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, recurring issues, and needed upgrades.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repair appointments.

Responsibilities include a wide range of installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance duties, performed in compliance with safety protocols and in line with the venue's operational goals. As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the building event-ready. Your work will directly affect the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our guests, artists, and staff.
