Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance Tech III will perform advanced work, as assigned by Plant Engineering Services leadership, to maintain the service life of company assets such as structures, HVAC, mechanical systems, utilities, and grounds, ensuring they are operational and safe.

This is a 3rd shift position; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum six years in plant operations and maintenance in industrial or similar settings; healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to complete validation and competency tests, use hand and power tools, interact across cultures, and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, reading building drawings, infection prevention, and hazardous materials handling.
