Facilities Maintenance Technician III
Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Manager
The Facility Maintenance Technician III is responsible for completing scheduled maintenance, scheduling of routine repairs, inspection sheets and supply needs. Maintenance Technicians inspect wiring, repair pipes, troubleshoot equipment, replace light bulbs, install new equipment, HVAC, plumbing and preventive maintenance. They document and monitor temperature control systems to ensure safety and identify discrepancies that could indicate a machinery problem. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.
