Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide for maintenance of College for Officer's Training buildings, equipment, grounds, and vehicles.
• Assist with work orders, move furniture, and perform minor repairs as directed.
• Maintain campus grounds: mow, weed, trim shrubs, and manage litter.
• Keep sidewalks, parking lots, and drives clear of snow and ice.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other equipment.
• Respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
