We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial maintenance
• Knowledge of basic electrical
• Knowledge of basic plumbing
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC PM and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
