Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in building maintenance and repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
• High school diploma or ten years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Able to work at heights up to 10 feet and lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license; no major violations in past five years.
• Pass a criminal background check; at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs to facility structures and building modifications as directed.
• Conducts routine maintenance of equipment and fuel-related gear.
• Inspects HVAC filters, lights, belts; replaces as needed.
• Coordinates with repair vendors and schedules as required.
• Maintains safe, clean work areas and proper inventory.
• Assists with station duties and uses Word/Excel for records.
