Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Customer-service mindset.
• OSHA/EPA/HVAC/NATE/CPR certifications are a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility inspections.
• Complete preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls.
• Perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep.

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed.
• Ensure facilities meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Assist with landscaping and snow removal activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
