Fitzgerald Auto Malls in Chambersburg, PA seeks a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership safe, clean, and operating at its best. You will handle general maintenance, HVAC support, and repairs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks and work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform light HVAC repairs and routine filter maintenance.
• Maintain dealership buildings and grounds.
• Parking lot maintenance including pavement and markings.
• Complete minor plumbing and drain repairs.
• General building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Identify facility issues and assist with repairs before they become larger problems.
• Maintain workshop, maintenance, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and other winter duties.
• Perform other general facility maintenance duties as needed.
