Position: Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Aurora, CO | On-Site | Salary Range: $65K to $75K

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role involves driving problem-solving, innovations, and process improvements related to assets, processes, and technology. You will support asset management to ensure machine availability, reliability, and performance by executing maintenance plans for utilities and facility assets. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Mechanics and Ammonia Operators.
• Provide leadership and support to the Plant Maintenance Manager regarding key utilities.
• Support breakdown elimination and ensure standard work practices are followed.
• Create and manage schedules to optimize resource allocation, reduce MTTR, and manage overtime and vacations.
• Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
• Coach technicians to maintain maintenance standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a safe work environment by correcting unsafe acts/conditions.
• Track and document maintenance activities within the CMMS system.
• Ensure compliance with standards, practices, and procedures.
• Manage facility contracts and vendor agreements for utilities.
• Understand and support quality systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP to ensure product safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, HVAC, and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair semi-complex machinery including pumps, HVAC units, boilers, ammonia systems, electrical, and grounds.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
• Working knowledge of ammonia and refrigerant systems.
